==Introduction==

I once saw they were making this one a while back yeah, as soon as I saw it and got my hands on it, it was going to be put on the website. My love for Belgian stouts has been a long time coming and with Garage Brewing coming up with some barrel aged magic and some nice adjuncts to the styles, it is something that I really want to share here on the site. Let’s have a look, cheers!

Aromas:

Chocolate Milkshake, cherry chocolate, banana sundae, butterscotch, brown sugar, banana, hazelnut nectar, oak, marshmallow smores, banana, cherry yogurt, dark fruit raisins, fruit cake, prunes, plums, cherry cola, dark cherries and pecan pie.

Flavors:

Rich cherry chocolate cordials, dark candy sugar, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, Belgian chocolate, cherry cola, bourbon, oak, marshmallow, graham cracker smores, rye bread, molasses, anise, banana sundae, dark fruit raisins, prunes, plums, figs, pecan pie, hazelnut nectar, Dark Cherries, Cherry Yogurt, chocolate milk shake, sweetened condensed milk, butter scotch, dulce de leche caramel, vanilla, fruit cake, brown sugar, Pancho Pantera cherry choco milk shake, strawberry cheesecake, chocolate flan, rocky road ice cream and tootsie roll chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Finishes with rich cherry chocolate cordials, banana sundae, milk shake, bourbon, oak, flan, vanilla, marshmallow, rocky road ice cream, and dulce de leche caramel. No alcohol in the taste despite the ABV. Dark crimson full body, smooth, creamy and velvety mouthfeel along with an easy to moderate drinkability.

Overall:

Freaking amazing! I swear, I had to stop myself from finishing the whole bottle in a sitting. It is very damn smooth and super easy to drink. I think aside from their first release of the Cherry Milk stout, this is the next big winner for me. It is amazing and I definitely recommend this highly to those that love Belgian stouts!

Anime Corner:

Amy Rose from the Sonic series was used in this pairing as a return to the original cherry stout pairing I did with the Dark Amy rose. Now the difference is with showing a different side of her with the barrel aged an vanilla aspects being complemented by her different cosplays.

I first saw this one on a social media post by Garage Brewing a while back. Being a fan of fruit beers and especially the love I have for their Marshmallow Milk stout, I had to bring this one to the site. I have had a ton of cherry beers to the site especially the ones I have made home brewing myself. Much like raspberries or blueberries, beers like that have a home here. So with that being said, I was really excited to see if this one had what it takes to compare with the best cherry stouts I have had in the past. Let’s take a look, cheers!

Aromas:
Dark chocolate, milk chocolate, tootsie roll chocolate, chocolate milkshakes, Dark fruit cherries, dark cherries, tart cherry skins, raisins, prunes, currants, blueberries, strawberry cheese cake, cherry yogurt, chocolate cherry cordial, butterscotch, brown sugar, banana and hazelnut nectar hints.

Flavors:
Sweet & Tart Cherries, Dark Cherries, Cherry Yogurt, Chocolate cherry cordials, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, tootsie roll chocolate, choco flan, Dark fruit cherries, raisins, prunes, currants, blueberries, strawberry cheese cake, marshmallow smores, chocolate cherry cake, Pancho Pantera cherry choco milk shake, bananas, butterscotch, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, dulce de leche caramel, fruit cake, pecan pie, brown sugar, anise, molasses and pecan pie.

Aftertaste:
Finishing rich with cherry cordials, milk chocolate, flan, vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, dark fruit and dark cherry yogurt notes. No alcohol in the taste. Dark full body, smooth, creamy and velvety mouthfeel along with an easy to moderate drinkability.

Overall:
Damn exceptional beer! Very much like a cherry chocolate sweet and tart cordial. The beer is semi sweet and semi tart. A good balance of complex flavors all around. The best part too is that I think those that do not drink craft beer may really dig this one. So this may actually entice more people to drink craft beer. Just goes to prove, Garage is doing some amazing beers. The fact that this is a lot like a cherry cordial is the reason I provided the score I did. I highly recommend this one.

Anime Corner:
Dark Amy Rose from Sonic the Hedgehog series was used in this pairing as I wanted to pair the colors of dark cherry with a girl similar to Sakura Haruno, which Amy Rose comes to mind. Although, since this was essentially like a chocolate cherry cordial but not to the level of the Bruery’s BBL Cordial, I brought Amy. Essentially, tart dark cherry chocolate cordial light and yet still full of rich flavors.

==Introduction==

Obtained online at craftshack.com along with some other fine beers. This is the second time I try a Garage brewing beer. While I really wish the mango heffeweizen was really good but for some reason, I guess mango and heffs just don’t mix. I will give it the benefit of a doubt because it could have been a bad bottle but also, there hasn’t been another mango heffeweizen I have tasted before so I am sure I will have to try it again. As far as this one goes, I definitely wanted to try it especially since I never tried a marshmallow stout before. Garage brewing definitely has the heart to experiment on some good brews and I really love their ideas which is the reason I got this Marshmallow Stout. Let’s take a look and see what it has to offer.

Aromas:
Milk chocolate, bakers chocolate, chocolate milk shake, Yoohoo chocolate, mocha chocolate, Cocoa Puffs Cereal, Count Chocula Cereal, vanilla, marshmallow cream, crème brulee, Rich Chocolate Marshmallow Smores, graham crackers, waffle cone, milk sugar, dark fruit cherries, currants anise, pecan pie, hazelnut nectar, almond joy chocolate, almond joy chocolate, rocky road ice cream and cookie dough.

Flavors:
Cocoa Puffs Cereal, Count Chocula Cereal, vanilla, marshmallow cream, milk chocolate, bakers chocolate, chocolate milk shake, Yoohoo chocolate, mocha chocolate, dulce de leche caramel, brown sugar, crème brulee, Rich Chocolate Marshmallow Smores, graham crackers, waffle cone, milk sugar, dark fruit cherries, currants anise, pecan pie, hazelnut nectar, almond joy chocolate, rocky road ice cream, cookie dough, Irish cream hints, peanut butter hints, maple syrup, flan, sweetened condensed milk and tres leches cake.

Aftertaste:
Great amount of chocolate, crème brulee, marshmallow, vanilla and caramel sweetness lingers. No alcohol in the taste, deep dark full body, smooth, creamy, syrupy and silky mouthfeel with a moderate drinkability.

Overall:
Holy shit! Major awesomeness with this one. Like it literally is very direct with the marshmallow flavors which is what carries the beer. A real smores chocolate marshmallow and coffee mocha beer. This beer is pretty damn insane and surely surpasses the mango beer I tried a while back. A true and awesome sweet milk stout that is highly recommended. Now I just have to find another one.

Anime Corner:
Mitsurugi Meiya from Muv-Luv Alternative was used in this pairing as I wanted to pair the colors of marshmallow and chocolate as they are over a fire like chocolate smores. The fiery background represents that. Meiya’s hair also represents the the other flavors of the dark fruits, cherries and other sweet complexities. Sexy and sweet just like the rich dessert that flows easy as this beer does. Of course, for such a beer, looking bad ass is definitely a plus and just adds that much more to it.
