Ahoy!!, set sail as this beer will take you for a ride :P. This is the Lost Continent Double IPA by Gran Teton Brewing. One of my favorite breweries that I hardly get a chance to find stuff from them. This time around they bring a nice piney, honey, delicious tangerine and I don’t say grapefruit as it is not super bitter :P. I will admit the beer is strong at 8 ABV but its so smooth and sweet. Rem
inds me of the Dogfish minute IPAs 😉 but smoother. This beer will get you a little later. Oh don’t worry about it, you will get hit I kid you not. I wasn’t even past this paragraphe when I felt it….damn typios….lol… Further moreit almost feels like a more bitter heffeweizen… Haven’t seen a flavor like this in a while. Surely great flavor to compliment here.Truly is land ho! if you are ever able to find this lost treasure. Surely the sirens will favor your arrival and bring you to the lost dark kingdom of this brew. Just be careful not to drown yourself in this one…you will end up in the brimey deep…. Cheers to those who like to set sail and explore grand treasure, do not forget your trusty taste bud compass as it will keep you company and warm once you find your path in the grand ocean of life. From an experienced beer connoisseur, take my advise. Open your mind and look deep at the alternatives. You will not regret what you dig up. I mean this 🙂
