The rarest of the rare, or at least hard to find gangster, stillwater artisanal ales brings forth the Debauched (Import Series Vol. 5) Scandinavian Farmhouse ale. The last time I ever had the stillwater asrtisan ales was back when I had a chance to get a saison darkly, and the stateside saison. Both unique in flavor and something that can only be created by the very few, lower than micro brewery folk such as the dude that brews Stillwater Artisanal. The brews are hard to come by as the person, Brian Stillwater, works with some famous micro brewers such as Mikkeller to produce this magic potions. This one is brewed with help of Fan0 Bryghus of Denmark. I am such a nerd in brewing and having something as this special ale is something of a rare privilege really. The ale itself is a light golden sweet ale fermented with wild yeast as the style goes. Citrus, bread, vanilla, herbs, spicy juniper, flowery apple cider like flavor, wheat, and bubble gum. Magnificent and light and impossible to find. Hell, even eBay doesn’t have it, but surely some lucky people living in the east coast might be worthy enough to obtain it’s praise. That’s okay we have beers in California that are just as good or up to par :). But surely, a rare and favorite gypsy brewery for sure.
