Lagunitas Hop Stoopid IPA

Crazy people at Lagunitas decided to find an scientific method of extracting the grassy hop without creating a mess or clogging up the brewing pipe. Much to their experimentation, they created…well, this thing. The Hop Stoopid IPA. What if we wanted the IBUs and grassy hop punch of the Stone Ruination but well…tamed…Surely they were crazy as the division of people that like hoppy and bitter beers is quite symmetric in nature. This is more hoppy. Ah well. They did it anyways. This is a beer at 102 International Bitterness Units packing with alot of hop an grassy bitterness but oh wait here comes the sweet caramel barley wine exhibit.. OH SHI-!!!!!!! Who would of thought that this would flow so well ^.^. Don’t, get me wrong, Ruination is complete gold of EPIC IPAs, but this is like taking that gold and shooting it in the opposite direction of the spectrum of taste. Mango, peach, pine, grapefruit, toffee, honey. This is sure to please alot of the hop heads out there and bitterness fans as well :P. This is my second time trying this beer as the first was when I was hanging out at my friend Oscar’s house with Hugo. LOL good times 🙂
