Nostradamus Belgian Brown Ale at 9.0% ABV by Brasserie Caracole tries to explain a little more about the secrets of Brown Ale as has not been explained in the past. I have tried different brown ales but when you start blending in some good ingredients that really brings a beer to life, (literally, living yeast and all) you wonder what science of brewing is all about. You don’t have to discover planets or look into the future to find that maybe…just maybe…some of that good beer already exist in present time. A brown ale that taste like a caramel raisin bread is what this seems like. Dark fruits like that of raisins, bananas, cherries and Belgian yeast, spices, fruits like apples and pears, almonds, walnuts and peanuts, well…just full of awesome XD…Fans of Belgian trappist and quad beers should try what brown Belgian ale is like. Simply remarkable XP…Highly Recommended..
