The chosen beer has come. For those chosen to do something of great epicness, they are chosen by the gods. A mark is left as a characteristic of proof that they really are who they are. We have princess Dan Elorah from Willow, the baby that has the birth mark on their arm. Harry Potter which has the birth mark on his for head, and many many other “chosen” ones. LOL so I chose Rider of Fate Night Stay as it seemed appropriate to tell the story of this brew as she too has a chosen mark on her forehead. As for this beer, It was chosen!!! (By me of course) 😛 and it’s unique marks are the 15 malts and hops with 15% ABV. This is the Jewbelation 15th Anniversary Ale by He’Brew side of Shmaltz brewing. This beer truly is epic in flavor and deliciousness. More than likely it will only be out for a short while sadly :(…Meaning I have to pick up another. This brew is not quite a stout as t is more of an “American Strong Ale”. The malt in this beer dominates as in it s very sweet (Mainly cuz of the alcohol). I get so many flavors here hard to pin point its greatness. Over 9000!!!!…lol just kidding, but the flavors I can sense are Chocolate, coffee, rich caramel, vanilla, molasses, brown sugar, toffee, dark fruits like cherry, raisins, plums, figs with minor hoppy tangy after taste. The overload of flavors is too much for my taste buds. It is weird I know but words are not enough to describe this one.There is hardly any fizz due to the amount of alcohol. Surely this brew was made by some god to be chosen as the nectar for some lucky people to try. Either that or man has discovered the meaning of taste of life. How stuff should truly be. Either way. Don’t miss this one…you will regret not encountering the beauty which is the chosen one D: !!!!
