Rosé De La Vallée by Garage Project is a9% Pilsner with Rose flavors, experimental hops fermented with Escarpment Pinot Noir Juice
A Rosé inspired beer – a pale pilsner, brewed with an experimental hop variety, co-fermented with Escarpment Pinot Noir juice and rested on the freshly picked skins for a pink blush and notes of strawberry and citrus.
Sweet Sweet Strawberry honey and pilsnery breadiness. Much love for this one!
