Baby Tree (3 years aged) by Pretty Things is a 9% ABV Belgian Quadruple
Baby Tree is inspired by the great monastic quadruples of Belgium.
This beer is also inspired by a real tree on a farm in Yorkshire where dolls ride in a pear tree all day long.
Pretty things is about fun and frolics. We hope you enjoy this beer.
Very rich in dulce de leche caramel and toffee aromas, dark fruits, plums, raisins, figs, pears, prunes, apples, cherries, cinnamon, bananas, clove spice, pecan pie, brown sugar, vanilla and flan.
Rich prunes, dulce de leche caramel, apples, pears, cinnamon, vanilla, cherries, raisins, figs, plums, bananas, raisin bread pudding, flan, chocolate hints, pecan pie, and honey bunches of oats.
Dulce de leche, raisins, pears, apples, raisin bread pudding and hints banana linger. No alcohol in the taste, Sipping to moderate drinkability and medium body.
Great quadruple, has gotten a little better over time. The banana flavors seem to come out more as the beer gets warmer along with the dark fruits and pears.
Felicia from Dark Stalkers was chosen in the original label
