My first beer from Uinta brewing. This is Tilted smile Imperial Pilsner from their Crooked Series. As the label states, this brew breaks away from the crowd, strong in flavor and approachable. Meaning it is good in flavor and easy to drink. Confidently balanced with Saaz hops and 100% Pilsen malt. Crisp and delightfully carbonated. Good with Seafood and grilled meats. Damn, I sure am liking this one. It taste a lot like Rogue Dead Guy ale. For those that do no know what pilsner is, it is one of those malts used in lagers and brewed by the macros. Just because it goes with lagers doesn’t mean a micro brew can take this ingredient and make it pure magic. Kinda like taking a turning a regular human into superman. Makes it that more unique and distinct. How does this taste like? Well think of toast with butter, honey and maple syrup. There are some hints of lemon, pepper and orange. Wish I could find this more often. This would be good for a BBQ :O…Tilted smile huh??? Challenge Accepted B-/…Fu– Yeah!!!
