Previous Review:The grand award winning ale, Sculpin Fish IPA at 7% ABV. Finally had chance to try this magnificent piece. It crazy how much sense it makes on the label about Poisonous yet delicious meat…..Like this beer,……Very sweet flavors coming from the grassy hops and fruity complexity of citrus, apricot, mango and peach like flavors followed but a nice little bitter kick finish. As recommended by my friend Rich, this is truly an award winning delicious beer worthy of trying again. LOL I was watching some fish shows while drinking this so there was this sorta part of me that wanted some fish :P…and actually…I would bet that would be a great pairing for this beer. Hard to find but yet worth the search…:D
Second Review: I was able to find this brew near by. As usual, full of flavor and worth as many tries. This beer is definitely world class. There is a lot of sweet stuff past the bitterness, like a Rose that looks pretty but once you get it there are some thorns you have to watch out for but if you keep digging you will find its true awesomeness 😛
