Sufferin Succotash, Great Horny Toads and Barney My Pebbles! Is what I though when I first saw this release. Extremely limited and obtained at the local Ramirez Liquors in Boyle Heights for a limited time only. This brew was a must have when I saw it. I screamed everything childhoods were about. Waking up early in the morning to watch those episodes of Thundercats, Voltron, Ninja Turtles, Mazinger Z, Looney Toons, Sonic the Hedgehog, Ronin Warriors and many many more shows. It was an awesome time with no worries, no responsibilities. It was you and your favorite characters. Damn… While this is very reminiscent, I can only hope the beer is just as good as the nostalgia. Cheers!

What can I say but pure Kid’s cereal Bliss. The kind of stuff I grew up with watching those Saturday morning cartoons all those years ago. I wish I know how they got so many different fruit flavors into a simple milk stout. Well, not simple at all, I say that only due to the ABV but this is pretty crazy complex and super fruity stuff. It is not like cloying by any means but definitely fruit and complex. I think for people that remember growing up with the Saturday morning cartoons will sit back, relax and watch reruns of their favorites while sipping this. Brew Rebellion keeps nailing it with this crazy delicious flavor forward beers. I highly recommend this one. Cheers!
“Pretty much every cartoon that made growing up in the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s awesome up to the present” was used in this pairing for many reasons. Highlight many of the most popular shows that were my favorite shows from the most obscure ones to the most popular ones. This beer is a staple in artistic nostalgia paying tribute not only to childhoods everywhere but also to the future inspiration of this site. I grew up watching cartoons and anime all the way from the earliest I can remember since I was 3 years old. They inspired my perspective and appreciation for different kinds of artworks and shows. Now as an adult, this is the tribute here. I took so many pics cuz I knew just about any cartoon would fit especially of the times. Thank you childhood!
