2011 Review:
Here’s to the fall and to Halloween and to everything else that comes really close awesomeness. Another great find is this. A triple collaboration between TheBruery, Elysian and Stone Brewing Companies. They bring forth a autumnal beer called La Citrueille Celeste de Citracado. A beer made with pumpkins, yams, fenugreek, Lemon Verbena & Birch Bark. Yeah pretty complex really. This beer is very awesome in flavor. Like having a pumpkin pie and smelling the autumn air as the leaves fall down. Cinnamony, tangy like a heff. Sweet and malty but the bitterness is spicy and earthy plant like :P. Probably something you would want to enjoy in the fall for sure….Summer was long gone a while ago…. Now getting ready for Christmas. It is not often that I do my hobby anymore but I surely don’t forget 😛
