2011 Review: My friend Julio shared this with me. The Collaboration of Ishi, Stone and Baird bring a lot to the table here. Some minor malts, nice grassy hops, and the green tea. You definitely get the IPA bitterness flavor out of this but it seems more on the citrus and tangy side. Possibly from the green tea blend provided of this beer. The beer itself is also very refreshing and worthy of a taste. Wonder if it is anti oxidant and healthy as well XD!!!
