Even some animals can be a little evil sometimes ;). Even some animals cant be so good at being evil. This is Kujo, my new dog. He is an Imperial Coffee Stout with 8.9% ABV of bite and bark. His parents were Flying Dog Brewing. At first pour there is not much fizz but pure darkness. He is made with Black Dog Coffee which is locally roasted near Flying Dog brewing. I like the label as it goes on to say: [“Enjoy your new pet!” he said. Twelve hours later, your hear is pounding with terror as you wake up to find the savage beast growling over a puddle of your neighbor’s organs. And that’s not coffee on your breath this morning, it’s fear. Sleep tight my friend.] Pretty gruesome description :S, straight from the dog’s mouth… I don’t know if I will be able to tame this mutt. All I know is that so far the taste is really good. Minor bitter dark chocolate, strong coffee, vanilla, and this sweet after taste that kinda like honey or banana nut or plum. I like this since it is not powerfully bitter and it definitely releases a lot of sweetness as it goes on. Good boy!!…Stay down…lol problem is I don’t know who will stay down for good, either me or the beer. Maybe me ;)…Although I can only tame one bottle even though technically you can get these in “6 packs”. Good luck taming all those dogs…
